Every child should feel safe and secure in a vehicle. In a 20 m.p.h. collision, a 20-pound baby weighs 400 pounds. Even the most loving arms can't hold on. In 2007, 250 children age 14 and under died and 33,087 were injured in automobile crashes in Missouri. Many of Missouri's children are riding unrestrained.
